⚠️ You have to be able to lift "x" amount of weight before you can do "y". 
⚠️ Lifting weights can make you stiff and slow. You need to do yoga and cardio instead.

Even most personal training programs are deigned on basic blueprints that are a cut and paste templates that don't account for your specific needs or meet you at the level you are currently at. An athlete in one sport needs to develop different qualities than an athlete in another sport.
