Gravity is always pulling us down, no matter what. We spend most of our day combatting the effects of gravity, just to stay upright. If we couldn't do it at all, we would simply be squished into the ground.

​Over time, we can create compensations in our movement that can be a direct result of our capability for managing gravity or caused by the gravitational pull itself.
