In this case the foot may be a little flatter, so the arch needs to be lifted (that's what the foot elevation in the video does by unloading the leg). The shin bone is turned out at a maximum and the femur is turning in. In the video, the foot turning in helps unlock the knee and untwist the position we are stuck in.
